Effect of JMV5656 and TLQP-21 on intracellular Ca²⁺ levels in RAW264.7 cells. Cells were loaded with FLUO-4 NW and fluorescence emissions were measured at 485/535 nm every 0.5 s for the 20 s preceding and the 60 s following the injection of the stimuli. (A) JMV5656 was applied at concentrations ranging from 1 nM to 10 μM. Ca²⁺ mobilizing activity is plotted in terms of maximal response obtained at each given concentration in RAW264.7 cells. The 0 was set as the ΔF/F₀ measured in cells stimulated with the vehicle only. Results are the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments (n = 18). ^∗∗∗p < 0.001 vs. 0 concentration (Tukey’s test).
