Template incorporation and binding of (a) CAF and (b) THP MIPs and NIPs synthesized at various T:fM ratios. Polymers were incubated for 18 h in 100 μM template rebinding solution with 70–90% binding from the rebinding solution. Post rebinding solutions were analysed by HPLC.
