Figure 10. — Effects of As₂S₂ on the expression of Bcl-2 family proteins in breast cancer cells. MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with different concentrations of As₂S₂ (0, 4, 8 and 16 µM) for 48 h. Western blot assays were performed to determine the effects of As₂S₂ on the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl in the two cell lines after 48 h of treatment. β-actin was used as an internal control.
