Contractility of lupeol on human fibroblasts. Fibroblasts were cultured within 3D-collagen matrix incubated with lupeol at concentrations of 0.1, 1, 10, or 20 µg/mL or DMSO 0.25% at 10 µg/mL as the negative control.
