(A) Percentage of Cy3-LLP2A–positive immune cells (CD45-positive/CD49d-positive) and tumor cells in TME was 23% and 75%, respectively. Tumor cells (CD45-negative/CD49d-positive) had 1.4-fold higher mean fluorescence intensity than immune cells (CD45-positive/CD49d-positive). (B) Geometric mean florescence intensity of LLP2A-positive immune cells in TME. Data show that of CD49d-positive cells, immune cells expressing CD19, CD68, PD-1, and CD8 bind most Cy3-LLP2A, indicating high levels of VLA-4.
