1,25(OH)2D induces transcription of miR-181b-5p and miR-26b-5p in the human placenta. Term STB were exposed to 1,25(OH)2D at 10 nM for 24 h and levels of miR-181b-5p, miR-26b-5p or the negative control miR-21-5p were assessed by RT-qPCR with normalization to the internal control U6 snRNA.
