24-h M1/M2 macrophage polarization markers in J774A.1 macrophages. J774A.1 macrophage cells were induced to differentiate to M1 or M2 macrophage phenotype by IFN-γ + LPS or IL-4, respectively. 24 h later, total RNA was isolated and analyzed for (A) Arg1, (B) Nos2, (C) and Ptgs2 expression by RT-qPCR.
