The dashed line is the estimated regression line (no intercept) of effect estimates observed in prior studies of global populations and effect estimates observed in HCHS/SOL. The dotted line is the line of identity. SNP effects were estimated according to the height-increasing alleles in prior studies, on the Z-score of height (normalized rank).
