Lack of Mer has no effect on airway resistance in naive mice. Relative airway resistance was assessed in anesthetized and mechanically ventilated naive WT and MerKD mice in the absence of methacholine and expressed relative to WT mouse values. Data are expressed as means ± SEMs and analyzed by using the Student t test (n = 6-7).
