Its show that there was no significant difference in the expression of GAPDH between the normal and knockdown groups. However, the expression of GPX1 differed significantly between the normal control and knockdown groups, and that GPX1-knockdown cells expressed only 36.9% of the GPX1 expressed by the normal group. Therefore, the knockdown efficiency was 63.1%. ##P < 0.01.
