Effects of acute THC treatment (10 mg/kg, i.p.) on aggressive behavior and social interaction in Htr2b−/− and WT (Htr2b+/+) mice. (A-B) Htr2b−/− mice showed more aggressive behavior than WT. THC treatment significantly increased the aggressive response in Htr2b−/− mice; an opposite and significant effect was observed in WT mice. (C-D) THC treatment reduced social investigation in Htr2b−/− mice. Genotype effect: *** and * = P < 0.001 and 0.05, respectively. Treatment effect: ** and * = P < 0.01 and 0.05, respectively.
