Measurement of levels of testosterone in mouse Leydig cell supernatants. Cells were treated with 0, 1, 10, 25 and 50 µg/ml of T. officinale for 48 h. The cell supernatant were collected and used to do the ELISA method. Each group's p-value was calculated. (*p < .05, **p < .001). The experiments were performed in three times, respectively.
