Berberine and metformin induced glycolysis in HepG2 hepatocytes. After preincubation with 5.6 mM (A,D), 15 mM (B,E), or 30 mM (C,F) glucose for 24 hours, the HepG2 cells were treated with berberine or metformin plus moderate glucose concentration (15 mM) overnight.
