Cognitive and behavior changes which:

Interfere with work or social activities

Represent a decline from previous functioning

Are not explained by delirium or major psychotic disorder

Impaired ability to retain new information

Plus at least two of the following:

mpaired reasoning

mpaired visual–spatial skills

mpaired language skills

Personality change
