Western blot of total cell lysate (left) or ribosome-enriched lysates (right) from the indicated strains. Cells were treated with cycloheximide at 2μg/mL to induce ribosome stalling. Ubiquitination patterns were essentially the same in cells with rps3 R116A/R117A compared to those with wild type Rps3.
