Effect of inverse agonist NCGC00161856 (NCGC) on constitutive signaling by TSHR measured as cAMP production and mRNA levels for TG, TPO, TSHR, NIS, and DIO2 in primary cultures of human thyrocytes. (A) Thyrocytes were incubated in HBSS with 1 mM IBMX and without (control) or with increasing concentrations of NCGC for 2 h. The cAMP production measured without 1 mM IBMX was subtracted from all samples.
