Differences in cytokine and chemokine expression in wild type and IFNγR^-/-mice can be detected two days after infection. Wild type and IFNγR^-/- mice were infected with IAV. Lungs were harvested 2dpi and homogenates were assayed for expression of cytokines (A) or chemokines (B) by protein array.
