Current–time curves of (A) the “liquid | solid | liquid” interfaces and (B) the “gas | solid | liquid” interfaces at an applied potential of 1.0 V vs. Ag/AgCl in a three-electrode configuration. The working electrodes were WO₃/Ti fiber electrodes with and without a Nafion ionomer coating. The irradiation source was 453 nm blue light.
