Biologically averaged concentrations of the radiation biomarkers. The 6 Gy to 7 Gy range corresponds to the LD30 to LD50 exposure for the rhesus macaque NHP species. The biological variation (SEM) is higher at 6 or 7 Gy than at either lower or higher exposures for creatine, TML, xanthine, and xanthurenic acid, as shown in Figure 3. (TML is N6,N6,N6-trimethyl-L-lysine, iBCAR is isobutyrylcarnitine).
