BMDM (7 × 10⁶ cells/recipient) from wildtype GFP mice (B,D) or an equal volume of PBS (C,E) were administered to wildtype mice 1 day before 2-day IMQ applications to the back in the 1- and 2-hit protocols. Back skin was collected for analysis of Il6, Il1b, and Cxcl1 mRNAs using qPCR. Data are normalized to Hprt and Gapdh and shown as fold change relative to mice receiving BMDM but no IMQ treatment.
