Common manifestations:
1. Cough due to dry airways
2. Bronchiolitis
3. Bronchiectasis
4. Interstitial Lung Disease
 most common Non specific Interstitial Pneumonitis (NSIP), other patterns include UIP (Usual Interstitial Pneumonitis), LIP (Lymphocytic Interstitial Pneumonitis), Organising Pneumonia
5. Recurrent Chest Infections
Rare manifestations
1. Pulmonary Lymphoma
2. Pulmonary Amyloidosis
3. Pulmonary Hypertension
