Patients in the upper two quartiles of L-arginine, asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) and symmetric dimethylarginine (SDMA) concentrations were compared to patients in the lower quartiles. Patients in the upper quartile of age and serum creatinine were compared to those in the lowest three quartiles
