Rate constants of unfolding in SDS obtained from kinetic studies with EXG:CBM and EXG:CBMQQQW. Kinetics below 2.5 mM SDS were measured with CD, and kinetics from 2.5 mM SDS and up were measured with stopped-flow fluorescence. The inset shows a zoom-in of the pre-cmc region.
