JG6 inhibits breast cancer metastasis. (A) MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with various concentrations of JG6 for 48 h and injected into the tail vein of mice. Heparanase activates FAK-Src-paxillin and ICAM-1 signaling and promotes cell cluster formation, which increases tumor metastasis. JG6 inhibits this process induced by heparanase.
