Micrographs show the expression of GSL-1-FITC by fluorescence microscope in tumor sections of the EL4 T-cell lymphoma model. C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with EL4 cells and, on day 7, tumors were inoculated s.c. with saline, LMW HA, DOX or DOX plus LMW HA. Tumors were fixed and stained with GSL1-FICT (green, endothelial cells) and DAPI (blue, nuclei) (A). Tumors were fixed and stained with hematoxylin/eosin (B).
