ROS is critical for THZ2-induced apoptosis in gastric cancer cells. AGS (A), MKN-45 (B) and BGC-823 (C) cells were treated with THZ2 at the concentrations of 0.2 μM, 2 μM and 2 μM for 48 h respectively in the present or absent of 5 mM NAC pretreatment for 1 h, stained with DHE and photographed under florescent microscope. The representative micrographs and quantified results (D-F) of three independent experiments were shown. The apoptosis was detected by FCM with Annexin V/PI staining.
