Disseminated fungal spondylitis in a 28 year old immunocompromised female with chronic granulomatous disease. Sagittal T2 (A) and axial T1 post contrast (B) MR images shows diffuse osteomyelitis of the visualized spine with extensive extranspinal phlegmon and multi-loculated abscesses.
