High quality Where further research is unlikely to change confidence in the estimate of effect
Moderate quality Where further research is likely to impact on confidence in the estimate of effect
Low quality Where further research is very likely to have an important impact on confidence in the effect size and is likely to change the estimate
Very low quality Where great uncertainty about the estimate exists
