Biologic activity of 4CMTB and 2CTAP in Ca²⁺, ERK and cAMP functional assays in CHO cells stably expressing hFFA2. (A) Ca²⁺ release was detected using the Fluo-4-direct Ca²⁺ assay. (B) pERK1/2 response was measured using AlphaScreen SureFire pERK1/2 (Thr202/Tyr204) assay kit. (C) Inhibition of forskolin-induced cAMP measured using the LANCE Ultra cAMP assay. Data were combined from at least three independent experiments and expressed as a percentage of the maximal response from acetate.
