Allosteric activity of 4CMTB enantiomers in a Ca²⁺ assay. Ca²⁺ responses were measured in the presence of different concentrations of acetate with varying concentrations of R-4CMTB or S-4CMTB. Data were combined from at least three independent experiments and expressed as a percentage of the maximal response from acetate.
