ZEB1 was significantly downregulated in ZEB1 siRNA-transfected HeLa and SiHa cells. *P<0.05 vs NC siRNA. (B–E) CCK-8, flow cytometry, migration, and invasion assays were performed to evaluate the proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and invasion of HeLa and SiHa cells following ZEB1 siRNA or NC siRNA transfection.
