PS exposure happens during pyroptosis. a–d B6Nlrp1b+ BMDMs were stimulated with LeTx (a, b) or FlaTox (c, d) and imaged in culture media containing Annexin-V–FITC and PI. Confocal images were acquired every 3 min.
