Effect of EGCG on ROS levels in transgenic worms. Three kinds of transgenic worms expressing EGFP, TTRWT::EGFP, or TTR81–127::EGFP were used. The synchronized L1 worms were grown on NGM agar plates in the absence or presence of 1 mM EGCG for 3 days. ROS levels were measured with H2DCF-DA as a molecular probe.
