Mean (±SEM) infusions obtained during a dose-substitution. A) All rats with patent catheters (N=20) completed the dose series with the wheel unlocked (Wheel) or locked (No-Wheel). All doses differ significantly from all other doses. B) The results are divided by Acquisition groups of Wheel (N=6), 6 day Wheel (N=7) and No Wheel (N=7) as well as separately by Binge (N=9) and No Binge (N=11) acquisition phenotype subgroups. Data from both subsets are presented for the locked and unlocked wheel dose series.
