The positions of several markers, known to be linked to Rlnn1, and the location of the Psy-A1 gene are shown (chr7A_part2:268221621-286659250). The black box highlighting a region of low coverage observed in Excalibur and Wyalkatchem, two accessions known to be moderately resistant to P. neglectus, have yellow flour colour and carry Rlnn1. For comparison, four other accessions know to be susceptible are included
