Notes: Different concentrations of samples were added to each well and incubated for 24 hours. Cells were then detected by incubation in the presence of MTT solution (25 µL, 5 mg/mL) for 2 hours at 37°C. The amount of MTT converted to formazan was measured to determine the percentage of viable cells, using a microplate reader at a wavelength of 630 nm.
