Pathway analysis shows an upregulation of leukocyte extravasation signaling. Differentially expressed proteins in the spleen samples (day 14 postirradiation) were queried for pathway enrichment using the IPA tool. Network analysis showed upregulation of proteins associated with organ injury (panel A), while leukocyte extravasation signaling was found to be significantly upregulated (panel B).
