(A) Expression levels of miR-1271-5p in AML193 and OCI-AML2 cells transfected with miR-1271-5p inhibitor, mimic or NC were measured by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. (B) Cell proliferation was determined in AML193 and OCI-AML2 cells transfected with miR-1271-5p inhibitor, mimic or NC by a Cell Counting kit-8 assay. (C) Cell cycle was analyzed in AML193 and AML2 cells transfected with miR-1271-5p inhibitor, mimic or NC by flow cytometry.
