Two selected axial cuts from a noncontrast enhanced computed tomography of the brain show an epidural mass arising from the lateral wall of the left orbit (astrix) (Figure 1A). The mass abuts the left optic nerve (small black arrow) and causes left proptosis (Figure 1B).
