Notes: (A) Schematic presentation of the mice treatment schedule. Mice (6 mice/group) were inoculated intranasally with 250,000 PFU (1.3 LD₅₀) of H1N1 and intravenously treated with nanoparticles loaded with 10 µg of diphyllin nanoparticles or empty nanoparticles of equivalent polymer content daily for 1 day. (B) The body weight of the mice was monitored in both groups. (C) The survival rate of the mice was evaluated in both groups.
