Within the CD4⁺ T cell subsets, CD4⁺ T-bet⁺ Th₁ cells (A) were significantly decreased (p<0.001) in frequency in the ABX treated mice, while the CD4⁺ RORγ⁺ Th₁₇ cell (B) frequency was unchanged between the two groups. B_reg cells had some subsets (B10 cells; CD19⁺ CD5⁺ CD1d^hi) that were significantly downregulated (p<0.001, C) and some (plasmablasts, CD19⁺ CD138⁺ CD44^hi) that were significantly upregulated (p<0.05, D) in ABX mouse spleens compared to control mice
