lncRNA-mRNA co-expression network construction and docetaxel-resistant module detection using the consistent SDE mRNAs and lncRNAs. (A) A total of 72 SDE lncRNAs and 124 SDE mRNAs were subjected to the WGCNA analysis. Using the hierarchical clustering method, 4 groups of co-expressed genes, termed ‘modules’, were identified. (B) The 4 modules were related to the docetaxel-resistant status. The correlation coefficients representing the module-trait relationships are indicated in the center of the modules, and the corresponding P-values are in the brackets.
