Hg concentrations in the blood (A) and kidney (B) (N = 184). Rats were orally administered different doses of tsothel (66.70, 33.35 and 16.68 mg/kg) daily for 90, 135 and 180 days and subjected to tsothel withdrawal for 30 and 120 days. Blood and tissues were digested in HNO3, and then the Hg contents were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
