The HFA group demonstrated a significant increase in LV dimensions, volumes, LA volume index, LV mass and LV mass index, significant decrease LV EF, The HFA group had significantly higher LV filling pressure, COP and SPAP as compared to non-HFA group, no significant difference was observed in RV function as indicated by TAPSE, compared to non-HFA group (group A).
