The reinforced HL5 + 10% medium gives similar results to HL5 (results for each strain are normalized to the same strain in HL5). (c) The rate of macropinosome formation is greatly decreased in RasG− and RasS− mutants. (d) The rate of macropinocytic patch formation is reduced in RasG− and RasG−/S− mutants.
