Co-treatment with cotinine and krill oil does not affect locomotor activity in mice. After prolonged restraint stress (RS) for 10 min and co-treatment with vehicle (PBS), cotinine (Cot, 5 mg/kg), krill oil (KO, 143 mg/kg) or (Cot plus KO). The results show that RS did not significantly affect locomotor activity in the stressed mice. (A) Total distance traveled.
