Effector Pi16663 co-localizes with YFP–StSec5 and peroxisomes. Transiently co-expressed CFP–Pi16663 and YFP–StSec5 are generally nucleo-cytoplasmic in some cells (A) and, in cells displaying mobile bodies labelled by YFP–StSec5, the CFP–Pi16663 is also associated with them (B).
