Summarizing the concentrations of anti-β1AR Ab within each of the groups, including the acute coronary syndrome (ACS) sub-groups. No differences were evident between the PET/CT group and healthy controls. By comparison, antibody concentrations among ACS groups were significantly lower than non-ACS patients. Within the ACS sub-groups, no differences were observed between angina pectoris (AP) and non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). However, ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients exhibited lower levels of anti-β1AR Ab than both AP and STEMI patients. Error bars reflect median and interquartile range. P-values were obtained using Mann-Whitney U-test.
