Differentially Expressed miRNAs in Human SSC Line between PAK1-siRNA2 and the Control siRNA

(A) Hierarchical clustering illustrated the differentially expressed miRNAs in the human SSC line between PAK1-siRNA2 and the control siRNA. Red dots and green dots represented the upregulated and downregulated miRNAs, respectively. (B) Scatterplot shows the differentially expressed miRNAs in human SSC line between PAK1-siRNA2 and the control siRNA. Note: the selection criteria for the differentially expressed miRNAs (blue dots) was log2|fold change| ≥ 0.585 and p < 0.05. (C) Real-time qPCR showed the levels of miRNA-31-5p, miRNA-34a-5p, miRNA-22-3p, miRNA-6883-3p, miRNA-7100-3p, miRNA-6865-3p, and miRNA-584-5p in the human SSC line between PAK1-siRNA2 and the control siRNA. The asterisk indicates statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) in human SSC line between PAK1-siRNA2 and the control siRNA.
