Effect of CAPP treatment of mold spores on lentil seeds. Inoculation was performed either with 7.4 × 106 CFU/g Penicillium decumbens spores or 1.3 × 106 CFU/g Aspergillus niger spores, prior to treatment of seeds for 3, 5, and 10 min in the DCSBD. Logarithmic reductions were represented as log10 CFU/g ± standard deviation. The limit of detection was 100 CFU/g.
